These evening sessions are for lectures, meetings of special-interest groups, performances, and other participant-run activities. Any attendee may give a participant-sponsored session! If you plan to sponsor a session and would like to have a brief description of it included in the Seminar materials and/or here on sched.org, please send your description to conference director at atlas society dot org.
Sessions not scheduled in advance can be scheduled during the Seminar by providing a description to the conference director for posting on the Seminar bulletin boards.
We try to accommodate all reasonable proposals, although you should note that only a limited number of rooms are available. While some equipment may be available in lecture rooms, the Atlas Society does not guarantee that audiovisual aids will be available for these sessions. Additional rooms and equipment may be available through the Renaissance Hotel at additional cost.
